To Provide a Stable Environment in Order to Educate and Heal the Orphans
We are laying the groundwork to provide a more stable environment for our orphans. We have already set them up with a monthly provision delivery, shoes, clothes, beds, chickens for meat and eggs, a cow for milk, a goat for meat, a store room for thier monthly provisions of rice, corn, potatoes, some treats, water and juice, and a shed, food, and care for the animals, but there is still much to do.
To Build the House
Our next goal now is to build the orphans a suitable home with electricity. Their current home is a very small mud house with no electricity or running water. A proper shelter is much needed.
To Start the Orphans on a Christian Educational Route
Our orphans have never been to school. Some are 12 and 13 years old and it is critical that we begin to get them educated. We will be working with Spirit-Filled Life Church and David Sattler Ministries to create and implement a Christian curriculum within the home to turn it into a Christian school as well.
To Hire a House Mother and Teachers
As it stands, Kennedy is the sole caregiver of the orphans right now. We will be hiring a House Mother and Teachers to help in the orphans' care.
To Establish Quarterly Medical Visits
We are reaching out to local doctors and nurses to establish relationships that will ensure our orphans are evaluated for health issues quarterly and have a safety net if they get sick.
To Make the Orphanage Self-Sufficient
We have a long term plan of making the orhanage self sufficient by utilizing the sale of products from their farm such as eggs, milk, butter, vegetables and meat.
To Bring the Orphans into a Personal Relationship
We are working on live streaming church activities, play activities and meet and greets with our orphans so you can watch them flourish. We have so many things planned for their church education, to schooling, to fun activities that we will invite you to be a part of online.
